Video transcript:

My name is Terry Hessom. I am a project manager with a HHH Tempering Resources. Been with the company now for six years and been associated with my colleagues for 20 years.

One of the most common questions asked by our customers really concerns anomalies in glass, and that quality or the defects that they see and how we address them or how we would address them.

Typically, we go through a qualification process there. You know, the first of which being determining recipe settings. You know, did something change? Asking the operator and/or the customer, did something change within the recipe or within the furnace? But, typically that鈥檚 the first place we look to see if we can help them make adjustments there to solve those quality issues.

Note: Terry Hessom has since been promoted to VP of Operations. about his new role.
