• Get creative with your job description by asking a question in the introduction or painting a picture of what it would be like to have that position at your company. 
• Clearly state what the job duties and qualifications are, along with expectations, benefits, job location, work hours, and travel requirements. 
• Include essential company information.
• Insert one or more pictures of your company, offices, production plant, etc. in order to make the job posting more attractive.
