At this year’s China Glass exhibition from 22nd – 25th May 2019 in Beijing Bystronic glass will present 50+ years of experience in trend-setting technologies for efficient processing of architectural, automotive and display glass in over 330 sqm of exhibition space.

Architectural Glass – °Õ±Ê³§Â® â€“ The Original from the Inventor

With energy efficiency in buildings more important than ever the Bystronic glass °Õ±Ê³§Â® spacer provides processors with end products that will satisfy the toughest warm edge demands, increasing the durability of products and reducing energy costs for both commercial and domestic applications.

°Õ±Ê³§Â® stands for Thermo Plastic Spacer. Bystronic glass is the inventor of this «warm edge» technology and launched this system in 1994. This is the ORIGINAL with much more than 100 installed °Õ±Ê³§Â® I.G. lines worldwide.

A big advantage of °Õ±Ê³§Â® is the production flexibility: The change of the spacer widths between the lites is fully-automatic meaning that no operator intervention is required whatsoever. The respectively required spacer is applied directly to the glass plate – no separate pre-production or provision of suitable spacers is required. The material comes from the drum and is applied as a bead in a proven process. The patented, gas-tight bevel joint that has been proven repeatedly does not require any thermal-mechanical reworking.

During the daily live demonstrations, visitors to the trade fair will be able to reassure themselves from the production flexibility of the ³Ù±è²õ’a±è±è±ô¾±³¦²¹³Ù´Ç°ù.

Architectural Glass – ³¦´Ç³¾²ú¾±â€™s±ð²¹±ô±ð°ù for automatic I.G. unit sealing

Another highlight at the Bystronic glass exhibition booth will be the new ³¦´Ç³¾²ú¾±â€™s±ð²¹±ô±ð°ù for continuous, automatic I.G. unit sealing of varying glass formats and dimensions.

It has been developed especially for customers who want to step into the automatic sealing process.

An excellent sealing quality will be achieved due to the volume-controlled dosing system close to the nozzle. The corners are homogeneously sealed and the free access to the operator side leads to an easy glass off-loading.

The ³¦´Ç³¾²ú¾±â€™s±ð²¹±ô±ð°ù can be combined ideally with the I.G. manufacturing line µþ※ú°¿²Ñ¹ó°¿¸é°Õ and offers architectural glass producers a reliable solution for efficient manufacturing of gas-filled I.G. units at an excellent cost-performance ratio.

Automotive Glass – µþ※ú±á´¡²Ñ±Ê

Bystronic glass is the world market leader in automotive glass pre-processing. More than half of all passenger cars worldwide are equipped with an automotive lite that was produced on a Bystronic glass unit. At China Glass 2019, Bystronic glass will present numerous new and further developments of the µþ※ú±á´¡²Ñ±Ê machine generation in the Automotive Innovation Center.

Display Glass – µþ’B¸é±õ³Ò±á°Õ

Based on 50+ years experience in system solutions for automatic cutting, breaking, grinding and drilling of automotive glass, Bystronic glass launched the new µþ’B¸é±õ³Ò±á°Õ machine generation for display glass processing. The thin glass options are suitable for a wide variety of glass thicknesses from 0.40 mm to 3.00 mm (other thicknesses optionally on request).

Specially optimized cutting, breaking and grinding tools allow precise and highly efficient processing of a wide variety of display glass types for various applications.

The processing speed is especially for shaped display glass, e.g. for automotive display applications, and significantly faster than existing processes.
