There is still time to contribute to the 99th Glass-Technology Conference鈥攖he final extension for abstract submissions is open until 31 January 2026.

The conference will take place on 2鈥3 June 2026 at the Congress Centrum W眉rzburg, Germany, bringing together glass researchers, industry experts and young professionals to discuss the latest developments in glass science and technology.

Session Overview:

  • Session 1: Structure, Properties & Characterisation of Glasses
  • Session 2: Glass-Ceramics, Crystallisation & Novel Glass Compositions
  • Session 3: Applications & Application-related Challenges
  • Session 4: Modelling, Simulation, Data & Artificial Intelligence

  • Session 6: Recycling, Raw Materials & Sustainable Glass Production
  • Session 7: Glass Forming, Processing, Automation & Additive Manufacturing
