If you would like to publish and present at the Challenging Glass Conference, please submit your abstract until 3 September 2021 .

Challenging Glass is an international bi-annual conference that aims at gathering world class designers, engineers, researchers and industry partners to discuss on the architectural and structural use of glass.

The conference is organised by Jan Belis (UGent), Freek Bos (TU Eindhoven) and Christian Louter (TU Dresden) and has been held at TU Delft, EPFL and Ghent University. In 2020, Challenging Glass 7 was held as a two-hour webinar. The next edition, Challenging Glass 8, will be held 23 & 24 June 2022 at Ghent University in Belgium.

Call for Abstracts

In case you are interested in presenting your work at Challenging Glass 8, you are kindly invited to submit an abstract of your work following the instructions given below. Your abstract will then be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. If the result is positive, you will be invited to submit a full paper and to prepare an oral or poster presentation for the conference.
