Developers plan 30-story office tower on Fayetteville Street in Raleigh

Another high-rise, this one hitting 30 stories, is headed for Downtown Raleigh.

Preferred Office Properties, based in Atlanta, announced plans for the 121 Fayetteville tower earlier this week. The tower will overlook the old North Carolina State Capitol and its dome.

Kane Realty is the leasing agent.

鈥淲e are happy to confirm our plans to develop 121 Fayetteville, a new, landmark, 30+ story office tower along the capital city鈥檚 main street,鈥 says Boone DuPree, president of Preferred Office Properties, according to UbranPlanet.org. 鈥淒esigned by Duda Paine Architects and leased by Kane Realty Corporation, the cutting-edge building will be iconic and contemporary in form and function.鈥
