The move marks another step in Forel’s continued growth in the North American market, providing the subsidiary with additional space and resources to better support customers and partners across the United States and Canada.

More Space to Support Forel North America’s Growth

The new facility was selected to meet the needs of a growing business and strengthen several key operational areas, from technical support to spare parts management.

The expanded space will enable Forel North America to:

• increase its spare parts inventory;
• expand technical support and customer service capabilities;
• host customer demonstrations;
• improve logistics and service operations;
• support sales activities and the subsidiary’s future development.

The investment is therefore aimed at further improving Forel North America’s ability to respond to customers locally while creating the right conditions to support future growth across the region.

The new facility reflects Forel’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its international presence through local operations designed to provide support that is increasingly close to the needs of manufacturers in each market.

Forel North America will continue to provide machinery, technology, spare parts, technical support and services to the glass industry across the United States and Canada, offering automation solutions designed to improve productivity, efficiency and process quality.
