The focus of the talks will be on the future of the glass industry after the pandemic and before facing an even more severe crisis, the global climate change. For each of the webinars (about 40 minutes) we have invited a fluent speaker with a helicopter view on topics like CO2-free glass production and, glass as enabling material for renewable energy and as a material contributing to a more sustainable world. The first speaker (Johan Knijp from DNV-GL, NL) will kick-off the webinar series on Tuesday, September 15, 14:00 CET. Other well-know speaker is Manoj Choudhary, previous president of the International Commission on Glass.



The webinars will take place with a frequency of 2 weeks (but not on except 27th October because of the Glass Problems Conference) and continue until half December. We hope for a series of very inspiring talks!
