On July 20, 2024, the fourth “718 Shanghai Curtain Wall Sharing Design Festival” was grandly inaugurated in Hall 4.2 of the National Convention Center (Shanghai). Hosted by the Shanghai Creation Association and co-organized by NorthGlass and other entities, the festival featured Li Chunchao, Marketing Director of NorthGlass and Deputy General Manager of the Glass Deep Processing Division, and Zhang Yi, Director of the Lighting Center at Shanghai Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., LTD., as co-presiders of the opening ceremony.

During the opening ceremony, Directors Li Chunchao and Zhang Yi, on behalf of the organizing committee, extended their heartfelt gratitude to the attendees. Li Chunchao also delivered a keynote speech titled “Times Change Technology and Create the Future - NorthGlass Super Glass for Peace of Mind.” He emphasized, “NorthGlass is committed to technological innovation, providing customers with high-quality solutions, and will continue to drive industry progress towards a green, intelligent, and efficient building future.”

At the festival, NorthGlass showcased its cutting-edge glass technology and light crystal stone products, engaging in in-depth discussions with construction and design experts nationwide to jointly explore the future development trends of the industry.

Since its inception on July 18, 2019, the Curtain Wall Sharing Design Committee of the Shanghai Creative Society has upheld its mission of “collaborative innovation, sharing, and win-win outcomes.” The annual conference gathers industry leaders, association heads, designers, architects, experts, and leading material enterprises. With the theme “Innovation and Sharing: Promoting High-Quality Industry Development,” the event facilitates experience sharing and exchange, collectively exploring new trends, technologies, and ideas in curtain wall design, fostering healthy industry growth.
