Overview of the Kuraray Report 2025

This year’s report focuses on the progress and outlook of the Medium-Term Management Plan “PASSION 2026,” which was started in fiscal 2022.

The "Three Challenges," the Group’s initiatives for sustainable growth set forth in “PASSION 2026" are presented through messages from top management and key persons involved in each initiative. In addition, information regarding the key initiatives of building a more sophisticated business portfolio and HR strategy has been expanded, and an Outside Directors’ Round Table Discussion was held to further strengthen corporate governance.

A special feature introduces Initiatives for Sustainable Growth through the Activated Carbon Business as an approach to targeting social and environmental value and economic value.
