Manzella previously presented on the economy at the AAMA 2018 Summer Conference.

Tentative topics at the Western Region Winter Summit following the national conference include the recent California wildfires, AB 262 and material transparency compliance implementation, Net Zero Energy and a Title 24 update, as well as safety compliance and issues in the Western Region states.
