As sustainable development is at the heart of Saint-Gobain Glass' strategy, they added a chapter dedicated to their innovations in sustainability.

The company did a lot to innovate in 2022 with:

  • the , with a verified EPD and FDES, making it possible, through a range of glazings dedicated to the façade market, to reduce both the embodied carbon footprint and the operational carbon for architectural projects,
  • the setting up of the Saint-Gobain Glass Recycling network in several countries to improve our cullet collection and rethink the end-of-life of our glazing,
  • the introduction of an offer of photovoltaic solutions for facades,
  • the without compromising the building's technical and aesthetic performance.
