FHC donates $100,000 to fund glazier training and recruitment efforts

At Monday鈥檚 Glazing Executives Forum in Atlanta, NGA presented glazing supply company with a recognition award for their $100,000 donation to the NGA Foundation. Accepting on behalf of FHC were Chris Hanstad, president and CEO and Paul Daniels, senior advisor.

鈥淭his industry has given me and my family so much for decades,鈥 said Hanstad while accepting the award. 鈥淲hat a wonderful thing to give back to the industry and continue to grow.鈥 

Daniels concurred saying, 鈥淚t鈥檚 a great industry, it鈥檚 an essential industry and we need to share that with the next generation of workers to show them that the glass industry鈥檚 a great place to be.鈥 

狈骋础鈥檚 Director of Content, Education & Training Jenni Chase presented the award to FHC saying, 鈥淲e have been fortunate over the past two years to put nearly 200 glazier apprentices through 狈骋础鈥檚 glazier apprentice curriculum thanks to the generosity of donors to the NGA Foundation.鈥 

FHC Frameless Hardware Company is a manufacturer and supplier to the glass, glazing, and fenestration industries based in South Gate, California.
