With the installation this year of the 18.3-meter glass curtain wall at the R&D building of the Luoyang NorthGlass Advanced Equipment Industrial Park and the 19-meter glass panels for the Anji “Two Mountains” Future Science and Technology City Cultural and Art Center, the demand for ultra-large, high-performance curtain wall glass has been rapidly rising in the market.

To meet this growing demand, NorthGlass Coating BU has successfully developed a 24-meter ultra-long glass coating processing line with independent intellectual property rights, marking a significant technological advancement. This achievement represents a milestone breakthrough in China’s coated glass industry in the field of ultra-large-size deep processing.

The new 24-meter ultra-long glass coating line is specifically designed to meet the extreme requirements of modern super high-rise landmark buildings. This process upgrade includes comprehensive innovations in both mechanical structure and electrical software systems. The production line is now capable of stably manufacturing complex coatings such as triple silver Low-E coated glass—a high-value-added product.
