The system is deeply integrated with the factory ERP system, synchronizing production orders, inventory status, and equipment operation data in real time. Based on dynamic order requirements and the actual load of each loading station, it can automatically optimize scheduling algorithms, accurately command shuttle cars to perform operations at a stable speed of up to 40 meters per minute, and reliably access various types of raw glass with a thickness range of 3-19 millimeters and a maximum size of 6 meters by 3.3 meters.

Through intelligent path planning and precise positioning control, the system has achieved a fully automated transportation process from the storage station to the loading location, significantly improving the utilization of storage space, operational efficiency, and production response speed, providing high flexibility and reliability intelligent warehousing support for glass processing enterprises.
