Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, Inc. announced that it has completed the acquisition of Midwest Glass Fabricators, Inc.

Founded by the Iaquinto family in 1989, Midwest Glass is a leading glass fabricator in the Midwest. Headquartered in Highland, Michigan, Midwest Glass specializes in manufacturing commercial and consumer architectural glass products.
