Tvitec manufactured 538,195 sq. feet (50,000 meters) of glass for this skyscraper. Double glazed insulating glass with smart coatings was supplied for the façade to promote comfort and energy savings.

One Manhattan West—the 11th tallest building in Manhattan — was designed by SOM (Skidmore, Owings & Merrill) and is the first major promotion of the developer Brookfied Properties.

Through the glass that covers the façade of its 67 floors, employees of firms such as Accenture, EY, McKool Smith, the NHL (National Hockey League), Skadden Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP will look out over the horizon.

Tvitec worked in coordination to supply its high-performance glass with the North American specialist in enclosures, Benson Industries. The project of the second skyscraper, practically twin, is already underway.
