120 square meters of OKASOLAR S were used on the roof of this pioneering building.

With over 120 years of experience, Viega GmbH & Co. KG reflects on an impressive company history, embodying a legacy of innovation. As one of the key technology leaders in the installation sector, the company built the new Viega World seminar center this year, which exemplifies high-tech processes for sustainability.

The climate-neutral endeavor was planned virtually using BIM (Building Information Modeling) and thus developed highly efficiently. Awarded the highest rating level, "Platinum" by the DGNB German Sustainable Building Council, the building is not just a seminar center but a prime example of climate-neutral construction.

120 square meters of  were used on the roof of this pioneering building. This insulating glass with fixed louvers in the space between the panes is ideally suited for this purpose: thanks to its three-dimensionally shaped, highly reflective profiles,  offers efficient direction-selective solar shading, allows diffuse daylight to be used and provides partial transparency. And particularly important in terms of sustainability: the insulating glass is easy to recycle.
