This office building has undergone thorough reconstruction and modernization – all the space has been reorganized. The rooms on the office floors are now separated by glass partitions. This allows daylight all across the interior, enlarges the office space visually and at the same time ensures proper working comfort.

In a similar way, the conference room on the ground floor of the building has been separated from and at the same time integrated into the design concept.

The fire-resistant glazing in the frameless system POLFLAM® BR, classified as EI 60. POLFLAM® glass, was also used for the fire-resistant doors in the staircases and is a definitive architectural feature of the building.
