This historic building, was originally thought to be a library or document archive due to it’s name, however, the Book building received its name due to the original owners (brothers Herbert, Frank and J. Burgess Book) who commissioned it back in 1926.

The restoration of this gorgeous testament to 20’s architecture and design is set to be completed in 2019, and will be mixed use space for both retail, office, and residential usage.
