The company was ready to compete with the order for this project and was highly motivated: technical sources available, a strong willingness to succeed, and most of all, the perspective to make a technological leap.

The project, sourcing, construction, delivery and installation took one year, from February 2023 to February 2024.

The entire RCN team has been involved to follow steps of construction. Even people who usually have nothing to do with production got involved with the realization of the machine, checking progress every day.

The system consists of four positions, loading/unloading, heating, bending, and cooling. The maximum workable glass size: 4000x5500xH2000 mm., overall size: 9700x12800xh3800 mm.

This machine has been sold to Viraver Technology, an international leader in safety glass solutions.

After much work, RCN SOLUTIONS is happy to know the machine is working at full speed and wants to share the video of the construction of this rotary bending system and the picture of the machine.
