Summit Speakers

Sessions will allow participants to:

• Learn about an update to the Canadian Federal Plastics Registry with Dr. Peter Mirtchev ()
• Hear what is next for the BC Building Code with Ken Kunka and Scott Williams ()
• Understand how SHGC caps impact whole building energy calculations with Anton Van Dyk ()
• Anticipate the impacts of Canadian code changes and updated standards, including the Canadian Building Code, CSA A440S1 and CSA S520:22, with Robert Jutras ()
• Take in a Code Talkers Panel with panelists Jeff Baker (), Dave Goldsmith (), Neil Norris () and Anton Van Dyk ()
• Receive a legislative update on the region from FENBC Region President, Jennifer Sawicky () and Director of Canadian Codes and Advocacy, Amy Roberts (FGIA)

Registration Fees

The fee for FGIA members is $125. A company upgrade for 3-10 participants is available for an additional $200. Non-members can register for a fee of $360. Five percent GST is included in the registration.
