Considering gender equality as integral to its inclusive corporate culture, ½¢¾±ÅŸ±ð³¦²¹³¾ signed the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs). 

As part of its sustainability strategy CareforNext, ½¢¾±ÅŸ±ð³¦²¹³¾ prioritizes equality, diversity, and inclusion in its value chain as part of its commitments under the pillar of 'Empower Society.' ½¢¾±ÅŸ±ð³¦²¹³¾ adapts its factory standards to women in order to support their participation in the workforce in all areas of its operations. In addition, ½¢¾±ÅŸ±ð³¦²¹³¾ aims to inspire women in managerial roles with mentoring activities and accelerate the improvement of women's effectiveness with training courses under its "Women Expression" program. ½¢¾±ÅŸ±ð³¦²¹³¾ is committed to boosting the percentage of female employees at the company from 24.2% in 2023 to over 25% in a short period of time. As a signatory to the WEPs, ½¢¾±ÅŸ±ð³¦²¹³¾ will further emphasize the importance of gender equality for its entire ecosystem and use its resources to make a difference.
