Manufactured at Thermoseal’s advanced Wigan facility, Thermoflex is internationally recognised and certified by IFT Rosenheim as the best performing flexible silicone spacer bar in the world and features a high-performance gas diffusion barrier and class-leading phA+ certification from the Passive House Institute. 

Thermobar rigid spacer bar is also produced at the UK site using state-of-the-art technology, and is suited for manual assembly, automated machinery for cut-and-corner-key frames, and for a variety of bending machines. Together, these solutions are helping insulated glass manufacturers worldwide to deliver higher-performing IG units.
