1. One Vanderbilt. New York. KPF Architects

is the second tallest office building in New York at 427 metres high. The structure’s development reached a cost of more than 3,000 million dollars. 50,000 m. of glass covers the entire skyscraper. Tvitec manufactured the double-glazed insulating solutions; tempered and laminated high security glass. The facade was executed by Permasteelisa.

2. New Le Monde headquarters. Paris. Snohetta

The newspaper group headquarters is one of the new architectural landmarks of the French capital thanks to its design. Its pixelated glass façade is one of the reasons it stands out. The interior thermal insulation and comfort system, however, comes with the Tvitec double glazing for the Goyer façade company. In total, 6,500 meters featuring use of Low-Iron.

3. Triodos Bank. Drieberger-Zeist. RAU Architects

High-performance glass and wood mark the outstanding look in the Netherlands as one of the hubs of the Circular Economy. Tvitec manufactured 4,000 m. triple glazing with solar control coating. The façade company designer Octatube achieved a true masterpiece. The project conforms to the highest BREEAM rating for its sustainability.

4. Helios Complex- ING Headquarters. Madrid. Fenwick Iribarren

This building has just received for new constructions granted by the Spanish Association of Offices and the LEED Platinum certification. Tvitec processed the insulating glass with a solar control coating that balances light transmission and energy savings. The façade of the two blocks were developed by Proinller and Martifer.

5. Campus Bocconi. Milan. SANAA Architects

The new campus of the central Milan university stands out for its massive use of glass. Tvitec manufactured isolated double-glazed glass solutions for this project, developed by the Italian façade designer (Costim Group). It also processed special Pvb and security laminated glass to streamline acoustic performance around the educational complex.

6. A2 Plaza Complex. Madrid. Anaya Arquitectos-Iberdrola Inmob.

, delivered in double glazing and with tempered units of more than 3.5 m. radius, adds a special beauty to this office complex developed by Iberdrola Inmobiliaria. Elegance in design is combined with all the standards of comfort and care for the environment to achieve the BREEAM and WELL certifications.
