Vitro Architectural Glass will host an AIA-approved course titled “Using Glass to Reduce Embodied and Operational Carbon” on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 2:00 PM (EDT).

The session will explore how energy-efficient architectural glass can help minimize both embodied and operational carbon in buildings. Participants will learn the fundamentals of embodied and operational carbon, how to source embodied carbon data in products, and how pairing low-emissivity (low-e) coatings with glass reduces energy use and supports carbon reduction goals.

The course will be presented by Bryce Given and Trevor Hall of Vitro and offers 1 LU/HSW credit.
