World-leading sash windows are the result of Caldwell鈥檚 collaboration with master fabricators Roseview.

Roseview鈥檚 award-winning Rose Collection windows had already won respect throughout UK glazing for their uncompromising commitment to quality and authenticity.

But now that all three Rose Collection products come with Caldwell鈥檚 high-performance UL6 spring balances, they鈥檙e better than ever.

The UL6 ensure that Roseview鈥檚 Charisma Rose, Heritage Rose and Ultimate Rose offer flawless operation.

Providing up to 80% assisted lift, the UL6鈥檚 superior technology allows for smooth, quiet, maintenance-free operation.

Its high spring tension along the length of the balance prevents the sort of 鈥榟op and drop鈥 issues that affect so many windows that use lower-quality components.

What鈥檚 more, it鈥檚 currently the only spring balance on the market that achieves AAMA Class 6 (the highest grade possible) in performance testing.

Ken Wilson, Caldwell Managing Director, comments: 鈥淲hen a world-class business like Roseview chooses to use your products, you know you鈥檙e doing something right. We鈥檙e delighted that they鈥檝e chosen to use our balances across the board on the Rose Collection, and are confident they鈥檒l ensure thousands of homeowners enjoy excellent performance for decades to come.鈥

Mike Bygrave, Roseview鈥檚 Marketing Director, comments: 鈥淲e鈥檝e had a very long association with Caldwell. As manufacturers of the highest quality sash windows, a crucial part of our ethos is that we only use the highest quality, most reliable components 鈥 our customers count on us for that. Caldwell balances are an important part of what we do, so we鈥檙e delighted to extend our partnership across the full range of Rose Collection sash windows.鈥
