The designers from Charleston Building & Development and Chris Derrick Architecture chose Lindsay Windows and Deceuninck to supply a high-end look that would complement the upscale aesthetic of Charleston Row.

Because the team sought flexible fenestration design, each Charleston Row residence features SDLs to create the impression of uniformity by using smaller panes within the windows. Revolution Tilt & Turn models appear on the front of the building; Earthwise casement windows are on the back.
