The acquisition is expected to close in the spring of 2022.

Fenzi Holdings SPV S.p.A (鈥淔enzi Group鈥), a leading chemical company in the glass processing industry and headquartered in Italy, today announces the acquisition of Johnson Matthey鈥檚 (鈥淛M鈥) Advanced Glass Technologies (鈥淎GT鈥) business, a leading global provider of specialist glass enamels and precious metal pastes supplied mainly to the automotive sector.
