KOKO is an iconic music venue in the heart of Camden, who has hosted the likes of Kanye West and The Red Hot Chilli Peppers.

New Crittall windows will be part of the venues’ £40 million renovation, which are being made in line with Londons ‘forward facing’ aesthetics. The venue will re-open in April 2020, allowing one year for renovations to be completed.

The building work will create six new performance areas and introduce a radio and broadcast station.

A small number of restaurants and shops will also be introduced as part of the David Archer-led rebuild, which will take over nearby buildings and also expand the rooftop.

Featuring advanced thermal barrier technology, T60 incorporates a high-density isolator, used as a thermal barrier; this together with the possibility of housing high performance double or triple glazing, with double pane glass (up to 1 ¾”) ensures the window can respond fully to current regulations and contemporary needs for comfort, particularly in harsher weather conditions.

Based on a 20th Century design of solid hot-rolled steel profiles, T60 is well-suited to commercial and high-end residential restorative work.
