Ron Vaupel, President and CEO of Guardian Industries, has assumed leadership of the company鈥檚 glass business following the departure of Kevin Baird, formerly President and CEO of Guardian Glass.

In further changes at the senior leadership level, Rick Zoulek and Guus Boekhoudt have each been named Executive Vice President for Guardian Glass. Zoulek oversees the company鈥檚 operations in North, Central and South America, while Boekhoudt will now add Guardian Glass operations in India, the Middle East and Africa to his previous responsibilities in Europe and Asia.

These changes are effective immediately and will increase the momentum of the company鈥檚 continuing operational transformation to ensure that Guardian Glass remains the preferred global supplier of architectural glass solutions.

鈥淚n this rapidly changing business environment, it is imperative that we understand the complex requirements of our customers and continue to provide the products and services that they value,鈥 said Vaupel. 鈥淭hese leadership changes best position Guardian Glass to serve our customers.鈥
