In October 2025, NorthGlass, a leading company in China’s glass deep-processing equipment industry, celebrated its 30th anniversary with a series of grand events under the theme “Three Decades of NorthGlass, Co-creating a New Future.” Colleagues from the Luoyang, Shanghai, and Tianjin offices came together in Luoyang to commemorate the milestone, reflecting on the company’s past achievements and envisioning future growth.

Exploring the New Facility: A Showcase of Innovation

The celebrations began on October 17th at Luoyang NorthGlass High-End Equipment Industry Co., Ltd. Visitors toured the 60,000-square-meter park, designed to harmonize with nature and showcase sustainable development. The R&D building, featuring an 18.3-meter-high coated glass curtain wall weighing 8.8 tons, highlighted NorthGlass’ technological strength. The "NorthGlass Wanli Hao" VIP building, with its yacht-inspired design, symbolized the company’s ambition to explore new horizons.

Inside the office building, guests were impressed by the 24-meter-high lobby, a waterfall screen, and detailed sand table models illustrating NorthGlass’ industrial footprint. The five-story office space features a minimalist, elegant design with transparent interiors and champagne gold accents. An “Aerial Light Corridor,” using NorthGlass’ self-developed anti-reflective glass, connects the office to the 70,000-square-meter production workshop, highlighting modern manufacturing capabilities.

Sports Meet: Team Spirit and Collaboration

On October 18th, the 30th Anniversary Sports Meet kicked off with a lively ceremony. President Gao Li thanked employees and their families for their contributions, while Chairman Gao Xueming officially opened the event. The day featured creative performances from various business units and competitive events, including a 4x100 meter relay, football, badminton, and team-building games, showcasing the team’s cohesion, morale, and commitment to excellence.

Gala Banquet and Awards: Honoring Excellence

The 30th Anniversary Gala Banquet took place that evening, where attendees celebrated the company’s journey and achievements. A specially produced anniversary documentary highlighted NorthGlass’ growth from its founding to industry leadership. Awards recognized 14 frontline employees with the “Striving Award,” 3 technical pioneers with the “Innovation Award,” and 6 key personnel with the “Outstanding Contribution Award.” Additionally, Gao Li, Gao Qi, and Xia Bing received the “30-Year Major Contribution Award,” and Chairman Gao Xueming was honored with the “Founder Award.” The evening concluded with the unveiling of the 30th Anniversary “Hall of Fame,” honoring 17 individuals who contributed significantly to the company’s development.

Cultural Performances: Celebrating Unity and Inspiration

The gala featured performances entirely directed and executed by NorthGlass employees, including songs, classical and modern dances, and a medley celebrating the motherland. The cultural program emphasized unity, creativity, and pride in NorthGlass’ achievements, leaving a lasting impression on attendees.

Chairman Gao Xueming concluded the celebrations by toasting employees alongside President Gao Li and the next generation, symbolizing the passing of the torch.
