Saint-Gobain has completed the sale of its glass processing business Glassolutions in Slovakia, to “Glasora a.s.”.

The Business, with its industrial plant located in Nitra-Chrenovà, generated sales of around €20 million in 2022 and employs 150 people.

This transaction is part of Saint-Gobain's continued business profile optimization strategy, in line with the "Grow & Impact" strategic plan.
