NorthGlass Holdings recently held its 2025 Work Planning Meeting and 2024 Annual Summary & Recognition Conference at its Luoyang and Shanghai bases.

Mr. Gao Xueming, Chairman of NorthGlass Holdings and NorthGlass Light-Stone Co., Ltd., along with Mr. Gao Li, Vice Chairman and President of NorthGlass Holdings, gathered with over 600 attendees—including general managers of regional business units, department heads, and employee representatives—to collaboratively plan the company’s next phase of development.

During the conference, general managers of each business unit reviewed 2024 achievements and outlined key priorities for 2025. President Gao Li provided specific directives for all business units and functional departments, emphasizing that a relentless spirit of perseverance is essential for sustained growth and breakthroughs in a dynamic market. He encouraged employees to embrace the challenges of the new year with enthusiasm and confidence, collectively driving the company’s high-quality development.

At the recognition ceremony, NorthGlass Holdings honored two exemplary units—Shanghai Equipment Manufacturing BU and the Tempering Equipment BU—for their outstanding contributions in exceeding annual targets and achieving significant operational improvements. Nine individuals, including Mr. Miao Tongye and Mr. Liu Yang, received the "NorthGlass Spirit Award," while 19 teams and 155 employees were recognized as "Advanced Collectives" and "Outstanding Employees." These accolades underscored the company’s commitment to fostering innovation and showcased the pioneering spirit of the NorthGlass team.

During the Technological Innovation Awards, NorthGlass reaffirmed its dual focus on technical advancements and management innovation. The company granted 13 Technical Progress Awards, 11 New Product Awards, 58 Excellent Design Awards, 67 Technology Innovation Awards, 4 Cost-Saving Awards, and 18 Comprehensive Management Awards. Notably, the "Modular Design and Manufacturing of Tempering Furnaces" and "Intelligent Temperature-Controlled Out-off Furnace" projects received first prizes for technological advancement. Second prizes were awarded to three innovations: "Continuous Furnace Advanced Heating Control Technology," "Multi-Layer SGP Laminated Glass Iridescence Reduction Technology," and "Multi-Curved Tempering Process Optimization Technology," covering critical domains such as glass thermal control, optical quality enhancement, and complex curved surface processing.

Recipients of the NorthGlass Spirit Award shared their experiences during the conference, embodying the company’s core values through their actions. Mr. Yan Kecheng from the Tempering Equipment BU, Mr. Zhang Junfeng (East China After-Sales Engineer, Tempering Equipment BU), Mr. Huang Keting (Machining Section, Shanghai Equipment Manufacturing BU), and Mr. Miao Tongye (Shanghai Coating Technology Company) reflected on their journeys, demonstrating NorthGlass employees’ dedication and accountability.

In his closing remarks, Chairman Gao Xueming congratulated the award-winning teams and individuals, commending each division’s accomplishments over the past year. He emphasized that the perseverance and innovative drive of the NorthGlass team serve as the key forces behind the company’s steady progress. The Tempering Equipment BU, the foundation of NorthGlass’s entrepreneurial journey, has played a crucial role in the company’s growth. Meanwhile, the ºÚÁÏרÇø Deep Processing BU has laid the groundwork for further expansion, and the Coating Technology BU and Triturbo Fan BU are poised for new breakthroughs. Chairman Gao also introduced emerging ventures—High-Temperature Electric Furnace Technology Company and Cast Glass Company—both of which are positioned to unlock promising opportunities in their respective fields.

2025 marks NorthGlass’s 30th anniversary—a pivotal milestone that celebrates its remarkable journey while paving the way for an ambitious future. With an unwavering commitment to innovation, technological advancement, and industrial optimization, NorthGlass aims to transcend boundaries and deliver greater value to the industry and society.
